Crazy mixed-up days
One day hot and the next snow
When will spring begin
Spring gathers herself
Trembling with expectancy
North Wind betrays her
Sunshine glows yellow:
frost quickens daffodil – fall
as thriving grass drips
Landscapes – poetry by David Norris-Kay and Wendy Webb
.
Winter lingers on
Snow falls on another day
Waiting for the spring
Harbingers of spring
New transitions held at bay
Rain and snow today
Snowy day today
Winter will not go away
When will spring begin
sleet falls on spring day
uncertainty of season
decide to stay home
Winter’s twists and turns
One day hot and one day cold
Oddest year to date
Playing in the snow
Happy dogs and children laugh
Time yet till the spring
Frozen shades of white
Snowflakes travel on the wind
Sculptures drifting by
By Bruce Levine
Winter shrubs have died,
evergreen no more in Spring.
Was each frost too harsh?
Did robust watering fail
from that cloud-can in the sky?
snow falls like fallout
there are tracks across the wrecks
Eurasia will heal
By Ruben Horn
snow falls, lingers, then
gone with no goodbye next day
white to green again
